Position Title: Maintenance Control Center Systems Analyst

Waypoint's client is seeking a Maintenance Control Center Systems Analyst to join other smart, talented, and dedicated engineers that pride themselves in analyzing the most difficult challenges for the launch-test range while developing and delivering solutions to meet the needs of the US Space Force and their customers. Responsibilities:
• Assist the Maintenance Control Center (MxCC) in providing Range status to coworkers, Management and Range Engineers when appropriate
• Input of Work Center Remedy trouble tickets into the USAF Integrated Maintenance
• Data System (IMDS) Equipment Status Reporting (ESR) module as well as verification of Job Data Documentation (JDD) input by work center personnel
• Assist with MxCC Help Desk functions to receive phone calls and email requests providing accurate responses as a pleasant and helpful resource
• Assist MxCC team members with creating as well as maintaining Range instructions such as work instructions, maintenance procedures, operating instructions and technical manuals
• Assist the MxCC team in preparing reports for internal and external status meetings
• Produce daily Contract Data Requirement reports when required
• Assist with the development of Preventive Maintenance Instructions (PMI) and scheduling of Range maintenance
• Assist with Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) data extraction and required reporting
• Vigorously pursue initiatives to improve the quality, efficiencies, and timeliness of LISC enterprise solutions, products or services
• Innovate process improvement oriented towards ensuring contract compliance and fulfillment while devising and implementing process improvement methods from internal and external integrated process team actions
• Develop and integrate LISC enterprise concepts and recommendations to capitalize on Cross Range best practices, efficiencies and standardization
• Other duties as assigned to include administrative functions such as subcontractor oversight, invoice receiving, budget maintenance, Range hurricane coordination and launch operations

Required Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or business, equivalent military experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years’ experience with US Air Force (AF) Integrated Maintenance Data System
• Five or more years Space Flight Launch and Test Range Operations and Maintenance (O&M) experience or five or more years’ experience in a highly technical field
• Understanding of Radar, Telemetry, Command Destruct, Meteorology, Range Safety Data Handling and Timing instrumentation system principles desired
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
• Database Structured Query Language (SQL) abilities desired
• The flexibility to work non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
